As a passionate entrepreneur and seasoned professional, I've dedicated my career to driving innovation and fostering growth in the fashion industry. With roots in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, and a journey that led me through Cumbria and beyond, I've cultivated a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of the market.
My journey began with a degree in Drama from Aberystwyth University, where I honed my creative instincts and developed a love for storytelling. However, my path eventually led me to the world of fashion, where I found my calling as a footwear agent, continuing a cherished family tradition.
Through hard work and dedication, I've played a pivotal role in the development of the Marshall Fashion Group, spearheading collaborations with esteemed brands such as Mjus, AS98, Rockport, and Healthy Back Bag. This venture has allowed me to marry my entrepreneurial spirit with my passion for style, driving the company to new heights of success.
Outside of the industry, I'm a dedicated sportsman, with a love for jiu jitsu, rugby, and various other pursuits. I've also found immense joy in coaching junior rugby squads, sharing my passion for the game with the next generation of players.
Beyond business and sports, I'm an avid performer, with a penchant for Shakespearean classics and a string of memorable roles under my belt. Whether treading the boards or exploring the great outdoors with my beloved dogs, Rue and Thatcher, I find inspiration in every aspect of life.
